Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2001, I have earned numerous professional certifications, including my ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, my GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation and my certification as a Foreclosure, Short Sale and REO Specialist. All of these required extensive professional education and are in addition to my undergraduate degree in Marketing/Advertising from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and my MBA in International/Finance from Salve Regina University in Rhode Island.

Along with my education and industry background, I believe one of the reasons for my success is my experience in living, working and traveling overseas where I learned the importance of thinking outside the box. For example, I spent five years in Japan teaching English as a second language, setting up prep schools and working for Fuji and Minolta. While there, I learned that the most obvious response to a situation may not be the best response, and that it frequently pays to keep looking for a better, more concise and more amenable answer...just like it often pays to keep looking for a better home and/or a better deal.

After returning from Japan, I lived and worked in Boston for nearly a decade, moving to Phoenix in 2000 to work with my family’s business, Equity Home Builders, helping clients locate land on which to build a new home. In 2006, I moved to Sedona and joined the elite team at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. Through hard work, experience and continuing education, I’ve earned a reputation as one of the top-tier REALTORS® in Sedona.

I am extraordinarily blessed to live and work in Sedona, a setting I consider to be one of the most spectacular places on earth thanks to soaring red rock cliffs, a wealth of hiking trails, 300-plus days of sunshine, beautiful creek-side hideaways, gorgeous galleries, great restaurants and snow-capped mountains in winter.
